Dear Esteemed Customer, Please be informed that the deadline for the registration in Italy has been extended until December 31, 2009 in accordance with an extraordinary resolution! Due to the fact that the Italian databank has not been fully functioning since several days until today, MDSS filed a complaint with the Italian Ministry of Health. In the authority's response they announced that the deadline has been extended. A corresponding note was published on the website of the Italian Ministry of Health just a few minutes later: Here is the link to the announcement on the MoH website: http://www.ministerosalute.it/dispositivi/newsDispo.jsp?id=669&lingua=italiano Having experienced that the registration in Italy is a complex and time-consuming process, and presuming that there will not be any further extension of the deadline, we recommend that those manufacturers who still need to have their products registered in Italy contact MDSS as soon as possible.
